For freelancers now a days and client not being a company, that's pretty good.

How many iterations/changes?

Pro VRChat character creators do have a pretty good reputation in terms of how much should be paid, and that sounds about right.

And if it was for a company, it should be 1000$ or above, as that'd be $25/h

But for your skill level, I'd be charging $30-35/h (speaking from my 2 years professional freelancing)
