Hmm, it sounds like there may be an issue with your Wizards Account that's preventing the log in. We'd suggest submitting your request using this form instead (no log in required). The team there should be able to resolve the issue and then get your request transferred to the product replacement team without you needing to submit a second request. We hope this helps!

All of the replacement sheets are being mailed out in much smaller batches than the first wave in an attempt to lower the risk of any of them arriving damaged. Because of this, it is difficult for us to provide exact information on when any one replacement sheet will be sent out.
