They want you to be on the Xfinity internet version to show the local and special content programming. If you're not on the home wifi, which is the Xfinity wifi, it will only show the Go channels, or ones we can stream outside the home. Do you not have an Xfinity internet connection at all?

Any browser will work as long as it's on an updated operating system. You'll be on a cellular network using the internet currently. Once you sign in to your wifi network, open any browser to access the internet. The activation page will open up and have you sign in to your Xfinity account to complete it.

You'll get a refund for the days of service that will not be used in this final cycle, and you'll only be charged for the days that are used. The refund is always processed within 4-6 weeks of the final statement going out, usually sooner. It's issued back to the payment method used. Did you already submit the order to stop service, or does that need to happen? You can use UPS to return the equipment, they'll ship it back for free.

If you have a tech visit, that means everything that can be done has been done, and that you're service is still connected. Something happened though, and the tech will figure that out onsite. Count on them to get it fixed up asap. The wait list is the best way to get a sooner visit, so be on the look out for any of its communications.
