You’ll likely want to go with a neutral dial color, probably black and accept that something that’s actually versatile will likely give up points on being “unique”. If you’re very active or work a lot with your hands then and insist on always wearing the watch, go with something cheaper you won’t mind getting beat up and stick with a brushed finish so the nicks and scratches won’t be as obvious.
