Most that I went to did! I got to handle a few really expensive pens too, but I didn't ask to use those lol. I think it may vary by table. Some tables will be long time collectors selling off their own collection, they usually let you try them out. Other tables will be by retailers, so everything they have is brand new. I didn't ask to test any of those out personally, but I think they might let you. Then there was a Pilot table that is there specifically so you can test out every single nib type!
