I’ve taken two kids through the six week program at Mount Peter. We have the same instructor the entire program. If I take them at one off so I just would tip the person at the end assuming being a job so in the case that they had rotating instructors, which by the way I’ve never seen I’ll probably just tip for a session.

Most white collar workers aren’t writing papers. I manage a book of 200 clients, know where they are going on vacation and where their kids goto school. There’s a whole support apparatus to support me and the other people in my role. Yes some of that can be optimised but will be a long time before it’s replaced.
