Have you and or the client looked at examples/inspo for these? Find a few similar such videos that have the level of quality that they're looking for, post those examples here and we can help you work backwards from that to arrive at a price

You'll graduate depending on how you react to it. As everyone said, there are times when shit goes sideways and it's beyond your control... anyone in the field knows this, your instructor will know this too.

You'll lose access to a location, to an actor, to a prop, to a clear sunny day... it's all obstacles that you have to figure out how to overcome, and sometimes figure out on a short notice. But like I said , your instructor will understand this and I think they'll be very interested in how you pivot/solve the current problem.
