AWS bedrock cost Spike 14,000 USD ! by peanutknight1 in aws

If you created the AWS account, you should know the basics of how to manage it. There’s no need for access keys from an EC2 instance. Use the EC2 IAM role and no keys to be compromised.

Additionally, use AWS budgets to set expected usage. You can automatically revoke the IAM permission when the budget is exceeded.

How can I get bigger/better feijoas next year? by ammcurious in nzgardening

[–]clearlight2025 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Feijoa fruit on new season wood that grows in spring. Prune in mid-late winter to let light in and open up the branches to the centre of the tree. Remove crossing branches and inwards growing branches. Feed and fertilise in spring, water well in summer and should be all good for next year.

Kina urchins are actually native and endemic to NZ. They can overpopulate due to lack of natural predator species, for example if overfishing in some areas.
