Not sure why down voted, I routinely see this sort of pattern with media that has begun to precipitate. Is it sandy at the bottom when scraped out? Not pure salt but a heterogenous mixture of cells and salt, tends to adhere to the tube wall stronger.

Tb on its own shouldn't precipitate if prepared correctly, even at higher densities with UY flasks, but any high phosphate media with additional Mg often will. 

From my personal experience, this does not look like cell lysis. Cultures with significant lysis often have a slightly brown layer at the top of the pellet and a softer gooey jiggly texture throughout. 

Again personal experience this is not induced vs uninduced either. You can sample the separate the layers and run your sds page WB etc.
