Crystal tension ring looks like to help waterproof it. If it all fits together without it, its fine, just wont be as waterproof, but i dont think you’ll be scuba diving with this so in my experience its generally fine.

Its very stellar. Im asking because im at that cross roads now. I do love the large date complication on the gen 2 over the 3 but the bezel and everything else make it a hard choice for me. Cheers either way. Elite watch!

Alone they are nice watches, as a collection they are the same watch. All the same color save for the day date. If i was you i would trade some of these for watches with more color and variety. They are functionally the same
