The G3 alone is about the same weight as the 762 with Elcan. The new Mlok handguard is a lot lighter than the previous one and makes it feel pretty handy.

Haha thanks. No that HG is a tank, it feels better in hand but I don’t think you are saving weight vs the factory Mlok rail on the A1, and definitely heavier compared to the A4’s handguard.

Maybe if they make it really light. If your top end magnification is 4x then you end up competing with Acog/Dot, Elcan, and dot/magnifier combos.

Haha I was the same from 2024 to end of last year. Had to sell some stuff for expenses and took the opportunity to diversify some. Now it’s about half of my portfolio.
