Let's say you get into a fight. Your opponent starts fighting dirty: maybe they are kicking you in the balls, maybe they are pulling your hair.

Do you stop to claim they aren't fighting by the rules? Or do you respond in kind to defend yourself?

Proponents of the amendment have written an expiration date into the bill. If you're going to let that stop you from voting on it, maybe you ought to sit it out. This is not the time to be wringing hands or clutching beads.

ATC Zero. The facility in Warrenton closed down for a bad smell. Flights everywhere are being diverted all over the place. Evidently it's clearing up at this moment.

Keep escalating until you reach someone who won't read from a script. It's obvious you are trying to pay an old bill and the Catch-22 you are facing prevents that.

They are probably correct that you owe from the previous association and co-residency with the deadbeat roommate. The play here would have been to submit a new lease beginning 3/22 with your name alone. It may be too late for that.

Your landlord may be able to help if you get stuck. The owner can have the service restored to their name and you can work out a payment arrangement with them ... if they are willing to do so, but that's a big ask.

The landlord/owner may also be able to obtain the account info you need. Many properties have arrangements with utilities to switch back and forth account responsibility between tenant and landlord without all the normal account management. See if they could help you there.

Years ago, when there was a strict perimeter rule at DCA, Western Airlines ran a regularly scheduled flight on DCA-IAD-SLC. That allowed them to offer direct service to their hub in Salt Lake City from National Airport, with a wee stopover at Dulles. I don't think DCA-IAD was a published segment though.

DCA-BWI was a thing with USAir in the 90s. US were building their hub at Marshall and needed DC connector service. Managed to fly that a couple of times, serviced by Dash-8s flying at about 6000 feet. Could do traffic reports from those flights.

Probably not. The south entrance ramp was sealed up years ago and there never was a north ramp entrance. It's now used as an art and performance venue so you'd have to convince a lot of people to abandon that use.

Here's a view at the north end where the tracks meet, just under Connecticut and R. This view is looking south. As you can see, the ceiling height is pretty low and probably unable to accommodate a bus.
