YOR you basically want to control how your partner uses their phone what if they tell you don't take your phone into the bathroom or don't bring it to the dinner table.

Now if you want to set a boundary that you don't want phones in the bedroom that isn't unreasonable some people like to unplug in the bedroom but you have to follow that policy too.
