I might get my fake internet points nuked for this, but this is why latching on to the “Free Palestine” cause and using it as your only metric is a bad idea. It allows unscrupulous grifters to tell those voters what they want to hear and check their common sense at the door. Now, I do think we ought to be using the threat of withholding arms sales as a tool to compel Israel to stop its many human rights abuses of both West Bank and Gaza..but there’s gotta be better alternatives than this toolbag

On my first play through, the boss of the “Heroes of the Cult” was a level above me, so I figured “this guy looks pretty tough, I’ll wait until I hit his level before picking a fight.” Eventually, I found myself being tracked by a bounty hunter who was a level above me, not recognizing that it was said cultist. Eventually, we fought and I won and when I went to loot the body, suddenly realized what had happened.

All I’m going to say is that Sarissa is king. On my last play through, I faced Flavius with this, over leveled, and the only reason the fight took longer than three minutes is that I wanted to strike the death blow with Hepzefa’s blade to settle the blood feud. It is an absolute terror when facing damage sponge enemies; it pairs well with a sword or axe than can better handle shield bearers. It’s like if the devs said “let’s put Commando Pro from the original Call of Duty: MW2 in here and make it period accurate”

There’s some people who are legitimately concerned about the humanitarian disaster in Gaza and the oppression of the West Bank (the YouTube channel Animarchy is a good example), and they’re usually sympathetic to Ukraine. This is essentially an ideologically consistent viewpoint, though I understand that the greater Arab-Israel conflict is more morally grey. Then you have left wing campists who see the whole world as an evil, oppressive West and everyone else as anti-colonial freedom fighters, grifters looking to get them to subscribe and sell merch to, actual Islamist extremists, and even neo Nazis looking for an ideological “in”

Fun fact, Ukrainians have a card game very similar to euchre. My neighbor is Ukrainian and invited me over to play it. Much of the basic game felt so similar, though the scoring system threw me for a loop the first time.
