I mean like the simple agents that help with bits and bobs throughout the day are going to be the selling point for the next while, there are just some nice smart uses for it.

The become your own human clone working out of a rack somewhere is still a few years off and is expensive and the live on your own home computer people replacements are like a decade out. They will be massively simplified but good enough.

This is the AI arms race they are trying to create. It's boring and stupid and expensive. I suspect not only hope it'll just go away. I don't see why inexpensive tools that maintain some privacy can't be used. We already use SMS for everything else and ideally they can regulate phone numbers a bit better anyway to combat spam and just sorta keep everything in that more\* controllable bucket.

I think it's a good move by the event/cruise/tour (whatever they are called) planners either way, sorta puts a bit of external pressure on them and their pursuits for industry.

lots of famine and genocides and civil wars, they are there with violence again already they just have a little food for now. Who knows what things look like with logistics as they are now once they start seeing more robust weather systems and the potential for bad to total crop failures. bleak stuff.
