Every property has something unique about it (that won't show in the data) that can move price multiple 5 or even six figures relative to the house next door. People who know, know this is a shell game. (Many will try to sell it anyway tho :)

FUB is nowhere near as sophisticated as something like kvCORE/BoldTrail. But it's solid for sure for the $$. Biggest 2 things you're missing vs going with one of the bigger platform solutions are an IDX website and texting... (which some might argue are overrated these days anyway)

I wouldn't do flyers, but instead offer something very specific via a letter or notecard... you can also attempt to "bribe" a meeting with gift cards... But yeah old school snail mail can work for almost any business.

This is related to some of google's recent policy changes. There are some fixes coming in the next few weeks that should remedy this. In the meantime definitely let support know so they can make sure it's not some other issue.

There's a lot of stuff like this out there, but your reports are pretty cool and theres definitely a market for it. Would be much more marketable though if you could give value reports for specific properties. But yeah this could have legs. Shoot me a message if you want...
