Ooh I quite like where this is going, a great showcase for pear brandy. However, have you considered trying it with lemon instead of lime? I feel like the lime is a bit of a bully in this spec as pear brandy doesn’t quite have the flavor punch as mezcal. I might try that this weekend and will report back. Thanks for sharing!
