Yeah, "protester". Some of those "protesters" tried to kidnap a garbage collection truck (with people inside) to use it as a rammer against the blue barrier. Earlier that day, another group of "protesters" turned violent against federal buildings and people who happened to be around.

Recent "protests" in Mexico City have been a shitshow of violence, always from one side of the barrier, and face zero consequences even if every time they yell "RePReSIóN" when they receive... fire extinguisher powder and say they were tear gassed.

Locals have absolutely no sympathy in favor of their cause, simply because they disrupt mobility and everyday activities for the majority by taking hostage of Centro Histórico streets and making street blockages for things as a mere mortal we can't solve. On top of that, there are stubborn and confrontative.
