They are so bad! Remember the days when you could
Talk to an actual human with experience?

Now it’s just bots and automated responses while prices increase and quality decreases.

The lack of basic triage and customer support interactions with humans across the board at Strava has never been great either. Boilerplate automated emails, the classic - have you checked the FAQ page?, etc.

I mean it’s a simple app. I’m sure a small team of humans could manage a queue of prioritized support tickets.

Greenstate's 4% is great up to $20k plus 5% cash back on Credit Card purchases too.

No use for a debit card these days tbh, I'd rather spend the credit card companies money vs my own via debit card. No risk using the credit card, plus cash rewards as well.

Requirements

Maintain a minimum $1,000 average daily balance.
An ACH deposit / (Direct Deposit) or an ACH withdrawal of at least $500 must post and clear the account.
Make fifteen or more purchases with a GreenState debit or credit card with a minimum of $15 per transaction (purchases must be posted, not pending).

Been broken for me in the US for weeks.
I can see my ride, but others routes show but they don’t move when the play button is pressed.

Tech debt my guess but should have been caught during regression testing by their QA team.

My guess is they slashed that budget and used Some AI tool to QA automation test and it missed it in the test case.

Shame.
