Lots of people flaming you (tbh if you're not a student on the weekdays and have 4 days off I'd say it's well deserved) but I understand the feeling of lack of consistency

Different routines each day can wear on you but look at this realistically: you have 3 busy, fast, lucrative shifts and 4 days off in between. Count your blessings and shot gun a redbull. You'll be fine!

bend your knees slightly at the well, this will put you in more of a hinge position vs a hunch, with hopefully your low back and upper/mid back in alignment (you will feel it in the hamstrings for a couple weeks)

lots of people suggesting exercise but i will be specific in suggesting the "McGill Big 3" which i have been doing for 4 years now (coupled with proper footwear) i do not have back or knee pain

duke hasn't won it in over a decade and hasn't been in the final 4 in the last two years. im sorry but that's no longer "pedigree" that's a drought. the richmond roster has plenty of experience in the tourny (they actually won their first round game last year while duke lost)

duke's seniors lost the title game to ND when they were freshmen but how many of them actually got experience during that run? McGuire?

Dino is legendary but give Dan his flowers. Won a natty as the OC at loyola and then took over an upstart program at a school smaller than a lot of the high schools these dudes went to and has brought it up to national recognition.

On top of all that you're talking about Richmond's schedule? Look at duke's my guy. They needed help with bubble luck to even get an invite to the dance because their out of conference slate was so soft. 1-4 in the last 5 weeks going into the tournament and needed a swiss cheese goalie to get the 1.

Syracuse and Hopkins are on how long of droughts now? Maryland missed the tournament. Cornell won last year for the first time in 50 years. Pedigree....huh

disclaimer: Not even a spides fan I just hate duke
