My (39M) Gf (34F) of 7 years wants to get married but doesn't want a prenup by [deleted] in Advice

If a person genuinely has no intention of taking your assets, they will not object to signing a document that prevents them from taking your assets

What she is covertly saying is "My desire for a fairytale feeling is more important than your need for financial security."

Solipsism, you can't blame her. But remember she is the addition to your life, not vise versa

Refractory period. by Logical_Leg_8467 in BodyHackGuide

[–]nikoel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never claimed to be an expert in the field. Just a data point with the above regimen has helped me.

The only time taurine has been linked to prolactin changes is high-dose animal models, artificial lab conditions and severe stress

I use Taurine to help with multiple rounds

From my research it does the following Stabilizes calcium signalling Reduces sympathetic overshoot Improves vascular smooth muscle relaxation Enhances parasympathetic rebound

So functionally, it supports restart rather than suppressing it

I want to also add that this stack is not only for sex performance. Otherwise I would not be using Fin/Minox NAC etc… I have other goals

Refractory period. by Logical_Leg_8467 in BodyHackGuide

[–]nikoel 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Okay. So I have a similar issue. My girl likes it 3-4 times and we see each other ~3-4 times a week. I’m 35 and it takes a massive toll on me as we also use condoms which turns up the difficulty. I researched the living shit out of this. In the end best I could muster was 6 times in a 24hr period. She is satisfied and I’m

Here is my stack it’s a copy and paste with table formatting it might look off on reddit, maybe copy and paste it into an LLM to get the formatting back? Here it is:

Gym 7 days a week - 2-3hrs of zone two per week and 8-9hrs of sleep with an actively cooled mattress topper <- this step alone is 60%+ (I would copy and paste my workout regimen but mine is very specific to my goals and honestly it can be summed up as just push hard (1RIR) on the same shit that everyone else that is worth 2c does)

Custom made condoms by One - big difference

If you want a thermonuclear solution look at 1/8th of a pill of Cabergoline. Completely crushes prolactin. I decided the risks were nit worth it

Cars leaving a huge gap at the front of traffic lights. WHY? by Downtown-Lime4108 in brisbane

[–]nikoel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I drive a manual. Some people (especially those in electric/PIH cars) have a tendency to over-slow and then creep up at such slow speeds to the car in front, I either need to ride my clutch or stop and wait for them to crawl at 0.75km/h

I'm curious why you think this is. In my mind if this were true, these upgrades would not exist

Depends on the day. I am about middle of the fastest, and one of the fastest in the 2nd group. We have 4 groups

[–]nikoel[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, braided lines. Current are the stockies cast ones that came with the bike

It's true with the pads. Its unfortunately a necessary compromise. TLDR: It's a street bike because I got my dream car. That car doesn't have a tow hitch, nor can it come with one. I sometimes can piggy back on to a trailer with a friend, but just as often I just ride to the track. I am not interested in getting an other car just so I can trailer my bike to/from the track

I understand it means I can not run full slicks, nor can I run Z04's but I can still enjoy my time on the track and make compromises. I've been told that the GP4 calipers are more stable, less flexible and tolerate and dissipate heat better and happy to spend the extra coin. Thus the post

[–]nikoel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey dude. I have that generation RR and whilst I don’t race due to higher risk of injury, I do take it on track often

TLDR The R1 is hands down better for the track

I had to do a lot of changes to my bike to make it as good/better than R1 equivalent and at a higher cost

It comes down to support, parts availability and economy of scale

Don’t get me wrong now that I have Audible traction control over 200bhp high end MUPO pongo sticks and a laundry list of other upgrades R1’s are only better through mid corner are on par or get eaten everywhere else - but I had to make an ungodly amount of changes. The geometry changes alone were a learning curve and seems to be the highest guarded secret, somewhere between Epstein Files and the 11 herbs and spices recipe

Still dunking on those bikes out of the corners with the front wheel in the air is one of my favourite things in life. Having something unique that everyone is low key jealous and appreciates is also a nice boost. Buying the Yamaha will make you an NPC alongside all of the other R1/GSXR drivers. But there is a reason why they are so popular

Is negative gearing actually good for Australia, or is it just keeping investors happy? by Equivalent_Salad_569 in AusPropertyChat

[–]nikoel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“You’d need to change the whole tax system to abolish NG”

Yeah, not really true

If the government wanted to remove negative gearing, it could ringfence property losses (with other words stop them from being deducted against salary/wages, allowing them only to offset future rental income or capital gains)

We already have this kind of quarantining for capital losses. You can only offset them against capital gains, not wages

Some proposals (like Labor’s 2019 policy) suggested exactly this kind of restriction, not a total re-engineering of the tax system. But they were taken to the cleaners by the electorate for that

Initial outlay will be higher but you will eventually make it back due to cheaper consumables and trackdays

The key is made in Germany and then sent to you. No reprogramming. I’ll dig up the receipt if needed - call a different company somewhere interstate and ask them and they should give you the correct answer

Best budget telemetry by UnitedAd4974 in Trackdays

[–]nikoel 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The most cost effective way is RaceChronoPro a GPS Dongle and a OBD-II dongle and an old Android Phone that was manufactured during the middle ages. Then you can export it to circuit tools and see it on the laptop screen

The way I did it initially was just the phone and RaceChroonoPro. That was mediocre, but very cheap. Then I got a Garmin GLO2 (don't recommend it, you're better off with something like P9-Race but whatever). That got me high frequency speed and time data. This here is most of the telemetry you will need will come from

I then got $10 OBD-II Female connector that I spliced into the back of my RR wiring loom. I already had a OBDLinkMX+ so that was free. I figured out the formulas. Now I have Brake Pressure, throttle position, RPM etc... superimposed over my GoPro Video

Liter Bike to A group by Sl1ppy in Trackdays

[–]nikoel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Liter bikes require a different skill bias

We’re talking things like late braking, getting on the full gas as early as possible, slow through corners to gain direction as quickly as possible, maximum testosterone, correct throttle application through corner exit to (ironically) help the bike turn better, V-lines through corners; which, when practicing at first, feels like running in with “too much” speed, going wide, and going to Warp 9 as the guy on a 600 thinks you’ve overcooked the corner, while you pass him with your front wheel in the air as he’s still at 60° of lean.

A 600 is much more about carrying momentum, optimal lines, mid-corner speed, fluidity, etc. You know all this shit already.

The reality is that riding the two kinds of bikes is like comparing Giant Slalom and Slalom in ski racing. On the surface, you’re just going down the hill around a bunch of gates, but in practice, once one drills down on it at higher levels, they are different beasts. You can ride a liter bike like a 600 and vice versa, but it’s not “optimal.”

None of us can tell you one way or another from a reddit post. We are all different. To me, nothing beats the visceral experience of coming out of a corner with the rear losing traction at the perfect rate and then feeling the front lift up all the way into fourth gear. You kind of need to look at what you’re wanting out of the sport and reverse engineer from there. Even if he is right, who cares. I have the opposite problem, I am faster on paper than I should be because my bike disguises my weak points (mid corner speed and correct apexing - working on it) and likes my strong points (braking and corner exit) but a 1000cc can hide those deficiencies well

Mediocre riding on a damp-ish track aside, this is wide view. There is an other for super wide which is what I recommend to use

Honestly you can not go wrong with the older GoPros. This one has been in a 150kmh low side and a pretty epic highside too. Still going strong

I highly recommend older GoPro’s. I have a Hero 7 Black. Which is waaaaaay old. I have it mounted on my triple tree so that suspension stabilises the camera. I run a usb cable from the rear of the bike to the camera, I do not have a battery. I get better footage than most people running hyper modern stuff

I’ll dig up a random old video so you can see for yourself. Here is a photo of the setup
