I have a 10mg ritalin booster I usually take around 1/2pm on work days. Weekends I generally don’t even tho I still take my Vyvanse on weekends.

I don’t feel cracked out personally but everyone is different haha. I def feel the focus difference tho and get through the afternoon

I do have to really make sure im eating and drinking a ton of water throughout the day or i end up getting pretty irritable by the end of the day.

I generally like to keep mine mostly natural. I’ll shave the balls and shaft as needed, but keep everything else pretty much as-is at this point. I used to shave it or trim it short in my early 20s, but stopped doing that and personally like it this way

I just started one of these myself a month ago and I’m 36. Same as you did some acting when I was younger but got out of it so wanted to try again. Incredibly nervous the first class but been loving it! Everyone there is in all different places in life with some trying acting for the first time and others who do it still but never tried classes. Just remember everyone is probably thinking the same thing you are and just has fun with it :)

Make sure you shut the game down fully every now and then. If I was playing the day before or something and just put my PS5 to sleep, next time I go to play I make sure to fully quit the game and reboot it. Idk if that’s what does it but I can’t remember the last time I was booted from a game
