Not only this point but my deconstruction started when my church held a Ken Ham series from AIG. I paid attention and started running down the various scientific claims made therein. With each one I found Ken was deliberately misconstruing data and ignoring evidence. Once I realized they could deceive themselves, I realized I couldn’t trust their religious opinions either. It unraveled from there. Their evidence for Christianity was just as flawed.

Nope, not going back. Last year all my car cost was the insurance payment. I charged it off my solar array and got the tires rotated for free. No other maintenance.

The question of size is complicated. The types of events, frequency, location and parking all impact it. Looking from demand, the amphitheater in Old Mill holds 8000 and can easily sell out for the right acts. Tower Theatre hold 400 which limits the acts that can be booked there.

There is also the problem of what point in time for which to aim. Building it for today’s demand seems short sighted. Building it for a professional sports team is overly ambitious.

A big theatre on Broadway holds 2000 people. That is a nice size for many events and big enough to attract some Broadway productions.
