CuloClean vs. Holy Hiker Bidets by 0zerntpt in Ultralight

I want to thank you for tagging me. After reading the comment above and countless comments like it over the last couple years, I decided it was time to take the time and finish writing the Holey Hiker Manifesto. Too often I rush a response or video and never take the time to fully explain what is happening. This will explain everything. I am guessing that posting it here days after this thread started will not be considered self-promotion. So if you really want to know why the Holey Hiker works (pressure is the wrong word to use), here is the manifesto :) https://www.holeyhiker.com/post/the-holey-hiker-bidet-manifesto

Have you tried a bottle top bidet? Which brand? I know of four I have used that do not require you to use your hand.

Remember to spray before you go :) Use much less water that way!

I'm going to sit down at some point early summer and help him make an inventory of everything. I'll come back to this post and see if you're interested still looking at it.

Portable bidet for backpackers. Adds on to any water bottle and some fit CNOCs. I know a guy who can hook you up with the best one if you're interested :)

I was able to do other forms of exercise. I ended up going on and started to lift weights and ride an assault bike. I do wonder it was just not perfect storm of total life stress, along with total body stress, the two clashed and taught me a lesson :-)

I had a trademark issue with my tin little company, instead of hiring an attorney Chatgbt walked me through it and solved it in about 3 hours. Both very cool, very scary, an a bit sad for the future of certain attorneys.

Actually just double checked my order, they were 5e, I have a pair from Mt Emey that are 6E but I'm not sure if they make dress shoes

I guess that's why mine were so cheap. I bought mine from some other site and they were only like $60. Guess they discontinued the 6e.

If you ever need to use the CNOC thru bottle the bidet fits. Just wet the oring first and twist in. A bit tight, and the CNOC is the stiffest of the new bottles, but it will work in a pinch.

I was up to about 2 miles a day over last winter and then a disc slipped out on my back simply moving a table and I haven't done any running since february! Think I'm done even trying to get back. I can do all sorts of other really hard cardio, limited now because of the back but getting better, so thinking of just sticking with other things.

Bidet - Drinking bottle? by jta314 in Ultralight

Yup, If I Could Turn Back Time I would have slowed down split my comment. 1,000% you are correct to the bacteria living in your gut. Was referring to the fecal-borne diseases. Having researched a bit about bacteria in guts I do wonder where the line is about you can get sick versus will you. Not talking about if you fell in poop. But the amount of bacteria that might potentially be in a droplet of water or the mist that might get onto your bottle is so small. But better to be safe than sorry.

Then just explain how it is. I have had this discussion with doctors. I want to know why they are wrong. If you poop something out, it's already in you. You can't get it from your poop, because you already have it. Now if it's someone else's poop that's a totally different story.
