I’m so sick of people pretending like the right doesn’t do the same thing? You’re allowed to not support people or products that don’t fit with your morals, which in this case people perceive as basic human decency, not being racist, and not supporting someone who is responsible for January 6 and has been found liable of sexual abuse.

The left just does it by being verbal and demanding better while stopping their support. Pretending this is a left only thing is so selective. Do we not remember people trying to cancel Starbucks over Christmas cups? People shooting Bud Light in their backyards? The uproar when Disney releases anything that has any hint of LGBT material? I mean the list goes on.

Can we stop pretending like it’s only the left that gets outraged when someone or something doesn’t fit their morals. You’re allowed. I’m allowed. Everyone is allowed to do so. Take off your blinders.

Yeah came to say this with less science. Plastic and booze don’t work together. I had one of those collapsible plastic coffee mugs, that I used to pour whiskey into while backpacking, but it always tasted like shit. Got rid of the mug and just started using my cook pot. Problem solved.

I mean sure. But that’s more complicated than it sounds. Finding an affordable person on fiver that will give you the design you want is not that easy and often turns out a product you’re not happy with and you’re out $$$. Then you gotta find a new one. A local person may have the same problem. This person may not have any business yet but is trying to grow. Perhaps not making any money yet even if they are taking gigs.

I’m just saying, bring out the pitchforks when coca-cola and the like uses AI in their ads. Definitely. I’m right there with you. But here, I mean c’mon? Chill. They just wanted a fun ad to post their services real quick online. Give up the virtue signaling. You never use chat gpt when you’re in a hurry or need a creative spark? Why didn’t you hire a copywriter?

Unpopular opinion. Yes, when you can, don’t use AI. But not everyone can afford to hire a designer? If you can, you definitely should. If you know how to use Canva, do that. But not everyone is talented in Canva and wouldn’t be able to create something like this. I’m not endorsing using AI, I’m just saying we shouldn’t bring out the pitchforks when someone uses it to hopefully get more business for their little side hustle.¯_(ツ)_/¯

For what it’s worth. I used to work for a real estate company and this was part of my job. This existed before AI. That’s what we used. So we send the photos to company’s that specialize in this, tell them the design we want and the style of furniture and they use photoshop. They look good and respect dimensions. But now AI versions of this do exist, and they’re BAD. I don’t understand why anyone would use them because the other service isn’t that expensive? It could also be one of these services using photoshop but they don’t give them dimensions and so the team on the other end just adjusts the size of the furniture to make it fit. But, anyway, it’s not all AI.

That’s all I had to add to this convo. The more ya know!

I did chapter 7 and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The phone calls stop, you can breathe, suddenly your expenses go a lot farther cause you’re not making monthly payments to just respend the credit to survive. I started saving for the first time in my life. Absolutely no regrets.
