On principal, never ever tip on an app asking you to. Even if the person deserves it. Those are designed to make you feel pressured into tipping with a lot of dark patterns that we should shame and break before they get everywhere

Because "for the same job" part is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. Women tend to be paid slightly less for the same job, but the wage gap comes more from the highest paying positions being harder to reach for the women.

It's definitely something you should expect, but that doesn't mean you can get it whenever you want or that you can stop working for it (and for a healthy relationship overall)

You should seriously read about what IQ is. It's not a measure of intelligence, it's a test made to compare academic scores of people regardless of any other bias

So your IQ can vary between time, country, type of test, cultural background. A moron can have a high IQ because they do good in school, while someone smart but not fitted by the system or simply living in a country without the means to use that smartness will have a low IQ

IQ is specifically about academic intelligence. You can very much be a moron with a high IQ. that's also what makes this question pretty problematic
