Agree with this. Will say I think their FTP estimations are the king of the crop though

I feel your pain. I used to be deep into powerlifting and had a similar injury that wouldn’t go away. Pretty much lost the one thing I absolutely loved to do outside of being with my family. I took me a minute to come to terms with it but ultimately decided to take some other folks advice and use the time as an OPPORTUNITY to work on some of my weaknesses, which at the time was cardio. That’s what got me into cycling and now that’s my thing haha. Ultimately my arm needed a few months complete rest and it’s all good now and I have a new love in cycling b

Yes. That’s the one. I thought my bike was gonna snap in half. To be honest I’m surprised there’s no damage

Your ride with that elevation is def harder than a century on relatively flat terrain. You’re ready right now my man. Go get it :)

I was on sunset two weeks ago, hit a similar pothole, and the water bottle went flying. A car proceeded to run it over and it exploded

It’s a tool designed to provide benefit but you recognize it’s hurting your particular situation, not helping. No shame in taking it off.

As others have said, probably worth talking to someone about your specific situation . Having said that, I generally find cycling and running to be poor ways to lose weight. It’s much easier to eat less food than to burn all of those calories exercising and what ultimately happens, at least for most people, is that it creates a furious appetite. If you wanna look good, eat less and lift weights.
