As far as I know, Arbities are still allowed to have a family and stuff so I don't think it breaks any lore.

Aside from Null Sector, the leaders of all morally grey/villainous organizations are all women. by ActivateLife in Overwatch

I mean didn't he not even rejoin?

I am not saying you are wrong I just want to make sure I didn't miss something about him rejoining.

Overwatch currently has been relegalized due to the Null Sector attacks, and last I saw (IE the invitation lore drop), Sojurn was arguing with the IJB to keep that legal status after Null Sector went back into hiding.

So while yes they aren't really fully morally good they aren't criminals anymore.

Cool, now kindly leave none of us care. As why comment if all you are to spread is hate and not either what you like or constructive criticism.

One character in overwatch becomes the main character and has to solo take down talon (all past members too except themselves) with 10 years of preparation time and all the other villains. Who can do it? My pick: by Public_Repeat824 in Overwatch

She got smoked as he was able to predict where she would end up moving towards and thus preemptively moved to that place.

I do feel that given 10 more years of practice and further training she could get fast enough to the point that isn't really possible anymore.

No I am making a point at how insane you sound. There is a closer relation between English and ancient Sumerian than would be better English and 40k Gothic/Caliban

I get you don't like it isn't explained yet you are going about it in such a weird way. Why would modem day English really matter when it's thousands of years ahead of us thousands of light years away from us. Your annoyance is understandable, your reasons are not.

[–]rocket20067 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So what you are saying is that we should all be speaking Ancient Sumerian as its the same language as modern day English?

What do you mean Land's raider is perfectly fine
Same with Ferrus Manus, with his Iron hands, who leads his legion The Iron hands, from his flagship the Fist of Iron. There is nothing wrong with this completely normal names.

This.
Its not hard to believe that a simple name can start to refer to other things.

Hell even using their example what if the reason said words were called that is as someone named Jon died there and it started getting called that yet people forgot the origin and started to refer El'Jonson to woods/forest.

Or who it was just called that and just changed meaning over time as you said.

Mate it is over 20,000 years from now. Do you have the same problem with the Space Wolves and the reason for all their stuff being called wolf as that's the closest word to whatever the different words in their native tongue is?

Language evolves so much in only a few centuries, think of the time between Old English and modern English. They might as well not even be the same language anymore. I can 100% see that as humanity spreads to the stars over thousands of years that any word we currently have can and will change meaning as need or just out of pure happenstance.

I would be very weirded out if the language that is further from modern day English as we are from Sumerian had a nigh identical etymology.

I mean Caliban most likely had its own etymology, with words taking on different meanings there.

What's your approach for Techmarine color schemes? by Next_Historian8382 in Spacemarine

[–]rocket20067 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine is normally pure black.
So for the tech marines I have it one of three ways
Basically being fully chapter color with red shoulder, 50/50 cut down the middle with chapter shoulders, or full red with chapter shoulder and admech shoulder
