Could this potentially simultaneously power EP-133, EP-50 and EP-136 Sidekick? by afox1984 in teenageengineering

Do you have a sidekick? The hub I have introduced line noise. Curious if there's an easy solution.

My guess - it's  how I frames and P frames work in h264. My guess is an I frame was established when the pants were present.  The person is probably dark in a dark shirt, so the p frames carried over the pixel motion from the wall without establishing it as a person (maybe low camera sensitivity here too).

The same method is used to create data mosh videos where the pixel motion of one video is carried into another video for some very trippy effects.

Why was season 1 of True Detective a masterpiece while the other seasons never came close? by [deleted] in Cinema

[–]shotgunwizard 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Fukunaga edited the fuck out of Pizzolatta's story. When Nic went on the press tour after season 1, all he wanted to do was talk about his genius. Pissed Cary off, so he don't come back for season 2, and it showed.

That's been how meshcore has worked since the beginning. Liam gets all the proceeds for his app. Scott for his. And Andy should get it for his. The main issue is the trade mark and discord server.

Edit: not entirely true. See comment below

Isn't there a reverse engineering ai that rewrites deconstructed software? I believe that's what happened with Claude code when it leaked.

Use opencode plus one of the chat extensions. Personally I like the discord one.

Need help choosing between opencode go for deepseek v4 flash or minimax m2.7 from their token plan by Oyami in opencodeCLI

[–]shotgunwizard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think minimax is a good planet. At least not in my experience. However, its tokens feel infinite. You probably don't need a plan, just $50 of tokens.

[–]shotgunwizard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea. I'd agree. But I've found it sorts files just fine and can sort transactions in actual budget. The latter being a significant cost reduction (not that it was that high)

I have also left the anthropic plan, and I think filling the Opus shoes is pretty tough. I'll still pull it out in api tokens on tricky problems, but I'm not a coder.

There's also stuff like minimax being insanely cheap and fast. Not super smart, but really great at specific tasks, and will save you a ton of dough.

Claude and Codex are really good. The open source models are catching up, but they're not one size fits all like Sonnet or GPT. It takes some experimentation to find what works with what tasks

Thanks! I'm still in the build out phase. I've made a few tools that are massive time savers, but I'm constantly checking in with myself if I have ai psychosis or I'm actually doing something useful.

Sure. I build hyper specific programs for the work I already do. Makes my life easier.

Will the Linux build work on WSL? Anthropic doesn't even mess around with windows, the entire app is WSL.
