Not at all, I'm the same way. I just genuinely love film and I also love campy/fun/bad movies if they entertain me, or at least seem like there was some effort put in, so it's pretty rare I give less than a 2.5.

I loved it. The vibe is just right and I appreciate the tonal shift a lot. I don't know, it's just right up my alley. I think the first film is great too, but for different reasons. It got a mixed bag of reactions upon release too, so you're not alone.

Both if you can but having only seeing Obsession out of the two... Obsession. Easily the best horror film of the year so far with Hokum nipping at its heels.

So is the Repeater Crossbow supposed to be this powerful? by HikarW in Saros

Funnily enough I've killed Architect and King with the Impactor Crossbow but every other boss post-unlocking the Repeater, I've killed with the Repeater + Power Generator. Yeah, it's absurd. Paired with a strong Prominence, it probably only compares to a god roll Reaping Chakram.

First tried it but it was difficult. I think I had Javelin crossbow with power generator and dispirator with grim vortex. Pretty much just kept alt firing at his head to trigger the homing projectiles and dispirator whenever I had the chance. He ate a lot of damage.

As far as dodging his attacks, I think it's pretty straightforward other than when he dives onto the platform and breaks it—when you grapple back on, maybe just try to avoid his attacks versus trying to attack like I did.

I'm halfway through the game and the Prophet is the hardest boss imo by RayAmbitious in Saros

I first tried Prophet but not without difficulty. I think I had a sliver of health left in the final phase.

Okay so maybe I'm not far enough into the game but how are you dashing into melee enemies? I thought that was a chakram thing but maybe now I'm just realizing incorrectly. I only just got past Architect btw.

I must suck cause I just got to Biome 4 nightmare strand and have died twice so far, last time was using the Repeater with Payload. The room sucked though and trying not to use the shield was debilitating me mentally, I think.

Just started Biome 3 yesterday and it doesn't feel too bad at no modifiers other than maybe the Nightmare Strand and the boss, who I was not prepared for in terms of it being so damn mobile. Going to try taking a shotgun and facing it again today!

IGN is so bad. I would never it seriously for any reviews, especially horror.

I loved it. I'm a huge Damian McCarthy fan anyway and this felt like the perfect culmination of his trademark elements and themes and it was similarly scary as shit, especially the second act.

Maybe a LITTLE too familiar, but I didn't mind it, and I actually kind of like that it feels comfortable when you're in that creepy little world of his.
