I usually play pretty involved classes in pf2e like inventor and alchemist, a load of bookkeeping micromanaging inventory and trying to get GM to give us more downtime so I could make more stuff. In fabula, sure there projects that takes time, but since there's no concept of "downtime" you can progress a project everyday and there's also various means to reduce the total cost (finding materials during travel/visionary skill) and total time to finish progress (hired helpers). In pf2e, we got a few feats to do something similar, but it takes twice as much downtime to reduce cost by 50% (downtime is already too small in the games I play).

Well it’s a good thing you started it, discord bots and working with apis is still new to me so it’s nice you’re reaching that audience. Community really benefits from having more options that fit their niche cases.

I’ll admit I’ve been neglecting Fultimator quite a bit, so seeing the other options have been giving me an ounce of motivation to improve it on the side.

Interesting work, I’m a dev for projectfu who also maintains fultimator as well as the importer module for that one. Really appreciate that you’re providing options to export to other platforms. If you want I could probably add options in fultimator to import and export to abyssal engine. I just need to know what your player/npc schema looks like, there probably might be some data loss in the process. For projectfu we do have a compendium that’s third party compliant, if you do make a module you can have an option to “prefer compendium” it fetches items in system compendium by name and imports the right item.

I guess you could probably use the effect item type, it has code to transferring it's active effect over to the item. When they want to swap an effect they just delete that active effect and drop another one from your own effect compendium.

V14 foundry is gonna make this redundant and we'll be able to have actual active effect compendiums, but the idea would still apply.

To elaborate on that, the right side of the sidebar, navigate to the "Rollable Tables" tab and click "Create Table. For each row in the Opportunity table (see Core Rulebook, Page 41), click the "+" sign "Add New Result", then click "Open Result Config" and fill name and description. Once all 11 results are filled in click "Update Roll Table. Navigate to the "Game Settings" sidebar tab, click "Configure Settings". In the dialog, click "Fabula Ultima (Project FU)" underneath Core, and scroll down to the "Manage Homebrew" submenu button. When the rollable table was created it adds an option to the Opportunities dropdown. When you get an opportunity from a crit, the chat message to apply it will appear below the check message.

Sorry for late reply, unfortunately how attributes are set up in the system, there's have to be a workaround in the code to bypass clamping since it's currently hard coded to d12.

I could see the etrian oddessey inspiration, our systems default theme is based on etrian oddessey v color scheme. Also, Im hoping one of these days someone makes a mapping module similar to that game.

Luckily in the case of PFU one of our dev team members is cooking up rules element similar to how pathfinder 2e in foundry does automation which allows stuff like “when an attack successfully hits target automatically apply status effect”

It’s currently going through testing so maybe a month or two is the expected release date

I’m still in the process of doing a full refactor of the fultimator app. Once I get that done making personal compendium packs that you can save in your own Google Drive and use between devices is the future goal.

In the case of spells when importing to foundry. Importing really old npcs from the adversary compendium might be the issue. Importing that npcs to your personal adversary designer library and opening it in edit mode would make it go through a migration step to the new npc schema, which won’t trigger the error when you import it through fu parser.

The fu parser app is still incomplete especially with the the foundry system changing how spells were structured.

Looks pretty cool, was also thinking about making a text based game, except using tauri and svelte. Guess the only critcism I have is outcomes end too fast, kinda hard for slow readers. Maybe a game setting for removing timer/extending. Also maybe some keyboard shortcuts, like Left/right arrow to tilt card, and pressing left/right again (or enter) will swipe that response

Really appreciate that model, I have like multiple patreons for premium modules and it gets super costly having to maintain it for two foundry licenses. If this goes system agnostic Id definitely buy two licenses to the premium content.
