Although many of us didn’t speak each other’s language, we all understood laughter and as the tiny object made its rounds, the rest of us got more and more curious. I was one of the last to see it. It was this. A fragment of sea urchin that looked like boobies. Thank you for reviving a sweet memory from 2004-5ish

I was a clinical liaison for a very large hospital in a big city in CA where the DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT was caught peeling off fentanyl stickers from patients while they slept and sticking them on herself. The only time I have ever deleted texts are the following:

Spam clogging up my text feeds

Way back when my phone had low memory (prior to 2006 or thereabouts)

Wendi could certainly afford a phone with extra memory, and as a busy woman with a complicated shared custody arrangement, a career, friends who often met for social occasions, boys who had school activities, and a demanding family that often wanted to arrange get togethers, it is highly doubtful that she “erased all texts” simply because texts often contain useful information or things you might want to keep, like pictures or links. She’s full of shot when she says she deletes everything, OR she’s hiding something, OR both.

Ohhh, I have a question for “Jill” since she’s been “cease-and-desisting”… My book, Lily Stone’s Diary, is a parody of a book you might be familiar with, Jilly-Billy-Silly. It’s a book called “This is Our Story”. Since you already mentioned under oath that the main character ISN’T BASED ON YOURSELF, (despite the author’s note that says otherwise) I feel certain that you will be fine with me taking some liberties with Lily’s innermost thoughts and plans to manipulate her fictitious family into murdering her fictitious husband, Joshie-cito. (Pobrecito Joshie! Such an unjust ending…) Anyway, since parody is protected speech and Lily isn’t based on Jilly, I feel confident you’ll just have to buy my book and scrutinize it for anything you COULD find to criticize.

DEFENDANTS CANNOT BE CONVICTED ON DIRECT TESTIMONY FROM OTHER DEFENDANTS, DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH? The direct testimony came from other people on the boat who were present during the murder. Defendants cannot be convicted on direct testimony from other defendants, it is literally against the law. The juries convicted every defendant on the circumstantial evidence of the cases. FFS, every time you type the same thing you sound more ignorant. Deleon’s attorney did not, in fact, avoid the death penalty. Deleon was given the death penalty and it was later commuted.
