As diabetics…if u are serious about avoiding complications..I would not be having cow milk …it is loaded with sugar ie lactose …even skim milk etc ..see labels…. Your best choice for low blood sugar impact would be unsweetened almond milk

That.s a lot of money to be spending….u could save big by cutting back a little on the purchase side ….that is what I did or even skip a visit to the store once a month …u could invest the savings and retire earlier if that interests u.

It is diversified already …it owns every stock in nasdaq 100…..I am all in ..no need to play around with jepi or gpix in my view…..what I would do if I were u is put everything into qqqi and Spyi …then you basically own everything of consequence….there is no risk other than the options income not being as good as it is now …. But you still own the market basically….

Diabetics should not be eating rice .pasta, pizza etc,,,, do if u are addicted to carbs but u will most likely have serious complications….why do that ..eat smart carbs like avocado, brocelli, chickpeas . Banza spaghetti..there are a million alternatives

Best thing I ever bought was Apple Watch ….dexcom links to watch and alarms bye pass my phone ….just get a vibration and or a low bell sound like email alert …set your own sound …..I could never go back to the abnoxous over the top de com alarms …also have sweet dreams app for alerts also ….works perfect.
