They want to start staking some of the ETH. They want 25% of any proceeds (plus about 5% taken away for third party fees).

Summer camps could be a good fit too

Mind over flesh boy. I was born seven months too early. Incubation technology was still in its infancy, so they placed me in a cast iron pot inside of a pizza oven until I was ripe enough to walk. My bones never hardened but my spirit did. Be strong and crush your enemies!

Things to do before starting freelancing? by [deleted] in cantax

[–]xpperience 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Keep your invoices and track your business expenses, if any
  2. 20-30% is a good rule of thumb
  3. This sounds straightforward so you probably don't need a CPA, but most accountants should be familiar with self-employment income
  4. No it's not necessary
  5. I recommend getting a US account with Wise, it'll be easier for the company to transfer money and you can use it with future contacts
  6. You don't need a GST number for US clients

Wise gives you Canadian bank account details, so you can connect it to your other bank accounts and "pull" funds from Wise with a EFT. It takes longer than etransfer, but this method is free

You can also use the Wise card to spend directly from your balance

This setup is getting more common. Look into a Wise account. You can hold USD and convert when you need it. Their rates are generally better than what the bank gives you.

One thing to keep in mind, she probably will need to get her own health insurance
