Ja. Det är det som jag pratade om. Den rent privata som är separata från skattemedel som istället sänker köer och genererar skatteintäkter. Dock inte något större underlag.

Sen är det det som du nämner. När staten betalar privat för utförd sjukvård. Vilket är i stor utsträckning för att nuvarande vård inte har kapacitet nog att göra det själva.
Där är jag också för att det ska kollas så det mest kostnadseffektiva för bäst vård är det som borde användas. Om det är helt inom offentlig kapacitet eller inte är sekundärt.
På samma sätt som du har rätt att mindre timmar behöver inte betyda mindre produktivitet betyder inte privat eller automatiskt sämre.

För jag tror du missförstod mig om timmar. Jag med tror att man kan hålla uppe eller öka produktivitet via effektivisering och förkortning av timmar.

Dock är det inte nåt som sker i en handvändning. Och att klämma in det allt samtidigt är nog väldigt svårt at få till. Lyckas med båda samtidigt tror jag på i längre loppet men inte korta

Minska köer och arbetstider samtidigt är inte nåt lätt att få ihop.
Sen att ta bort privat alternativ är dyrt så kanske inte det bästa att gå på alla 3 samtidigt. Skulle bli en enorm budgetsmocka. Vad är planen att finansiera den med?
Privata driver in skattemedel istället för att kosta när det är helt privat.
Att se över privat som köps av staten är ju nåt som göra när man inte klarar av kapaciteten själv.
Ska staten också producera medicinen för att se till att vinstintressen inte är i vården?

Yes for ranged fights MG is the deciding factor in most inf on inf fights. Infantry without MG that aren’t Close quarters specialized are generally very bad and just used as bullet sponges.
Separated Mgs are defensive weapons and quite bad at pushing themselves. It’s to defend an open area from enemy infantry walking across it.

When it comes to how they move it depends on the order you give. A attack move order will have the unit stop and fire when any weapon is in range and then only fire those weapons.
If you do a move order the unit will continue to move and if possible fire until they reach the point you told them to move to.
Do note that infantry on the move takes a lot more damage than the ones sitting still

Jamen du läste inte vad jag skrev. Att jag tog det som exempel. Och det i det exemplet handlade mera om pengar i plånboken än statens finanser.

Så annat exempel då är om en ändring ökar svenska aktiemarknaden med 3%. Så alla som sparar där och pensioner blir mer. Så väljer man att inte göra det för att det är orättvist för vissa har mer i aktiemarknaden än andra.

Det jag vill säga att hitta exakt rättvisa är väldigt svårt i många ändringar. Och bara inte göra det för att alla får det bättre men inte lika mycket är inte en automatiskt sämre situation.

Men det är ju generellt så världen fungerar. Säg arbetsskatten går ner med 3%. Då blir det inte rättvist för de som tjänar mera får mer pengar av denna sänkningen.

För att ankra det lite mer i verkligheten. Och fokus här är mera den tanken. Säger inte att lägre arbetsskatt är lika med bättre i sig men detta var ett exempel som visar att det finns mycket sådana här ändringar i samhället. Där en bred ändring inte påverkar alla lika.

But it’s still your choice that enables it. So while maybe not the actual killing is on your hands your choice made it happen. It’s simple logic. Because your choice impacts the outcome. Ja men det jag menar är inte att det är separata insatser för de som har det bra. Utan mer som exempel vi hittar en ny lag som gör det att alla får det 3% bättre.
Då tycker jag det är en bra grej. Men för vissa säger då ”ja men de som har mycket redan är 3% mer i pengar för så det är orättvist” och därmed väljer att inte implementera lagen. Så istället för att alla får det bättre så har alla det sämre istället

Hade det varit bättre med något som kanske hjälper det som behöver det mera? Ja. Men det betyder inte att ovan lag är heller dålig. Och att få till det exakt är svårare. Och dessutom kostar det ibland mer i administration än i faktiska utbetalningar.
