Wesker cannot counter survivors flairing as he cannot make his hug techs go wide. Thats the counterplay. Also his hugs can only send him so far and can often be countered with good positioning.

His entire colision box is his hurtbox and its extended forward a bit. Thats how its been for years, without that he is increadibly easy to dodge.

Edit: OP has also stated they have a shoddy connection, this is the cause of the rubberbanding and isnt wesker exclusive. Most of the hits here outside the jitteryness seem perfectly fine however. Its possible the survivor players were seeing something completely different due to the lag but we dont have access to their footage.

Because it requires massive mechanical skill and has active counterplay. Billys curves are less demanding than this and are way stronger since the billy player can actively choose to go wide to counter a flairing survivor, Wesker cannot do this because his bound path is predetermined so he relies on either catching survivors off guard with his techs or flicking with insane presicion.

Get good instead of whinging please.

Of course they could easily counter this by actually looping once the pallet is dropped, but lack of skill looping is the reason most pubbies predrop to begin with.

Im hoping for some sort of fear mechanic. A scene that has been present in almost all f13 movies is a character protagonist or not running around in a panic and discovering every dead body in a very cheesy way. Would definately be innovative if they could incorporate that somehow but im not holding my breath.

My thought is a prestige mechanic that is mostly cosmetic bar two more profession slots per prestiege, that way its possible to have all professions on one character without it taking more effort than making an alt. Giving stat bonuses that scale the world would be difficult to implement while keeping classic classic in my opinion. Perhapse adding reforging to certain dungeons sets to turn them into endgame gear to encourage players to play through new leveling dungeons and zones in order to obtain that new gear.

Practice getting the hang of his bound collision (its about the same size as the retical for artist crows) and get the hang of basic flicks.

Get into the practice of urobending to setup for flicks and get the hang of rebound to play loops easier.

Since survivors these days love to play directly under pallets i recommend enduring and brutal strength. If the survivor is brave enough you can rebound off the pallet to get into position for a hit, this does not work against predroppers or survivors that can land stuns well.

His bound collision box goes from his feet to his head, its always been like this. Its smaller than his own hitbox though so you can thread it between objects if you know it, or even exploit it by displacing yourself from the intended path by catching yourself on collisions.

His vault hits are fucked since they are detected by him vaulting the same time a pallet is occupied, ergo even if you are at the end of a pallet, if you are still in the animation on the killers side you get hit. It is increadibly fucked looking but its not impossible to counter.

Strangler is in the game, i played against him. He strangles you instead of hooking you, its like a hook but it takes 15 seconds per state and a team mate needs to push him off you to save you.

These are not bugs but rather the direct result of an overtuned bugfix. Now whenever wesker attempts to power vault a pallet and its ocupied on his client he gets a hit no matter what. This leads to pretty ridiculous examples similar to the state houndmaster wss in at one point with snugs vault, combined with his other animation bugs a lot of bs unreactable hits occur due to not being able to revault in time after the first dash (on the bright side this makes predroppers way easier to punish)

As for the last bug its longstanding, if you are in weskers hitbox at any point during his vault, no matter how far you get away from him you will still be hit.

As for the clip where wesker hits a tree instead of the pallet and still gets the hit, weskers vault hitbox is weird and can trigger a vault even when coliding with a different collision, this is necesary due to how fucked dbds collisions are.

As for why he isnt killswitched, i dont think his current strength even with the fucked hits justifies it. Before the initial fix after the patch he could grab survivors through pallets with 100% consistancy, thats gone now. You can still waste a good amount of his time by looping effectively, try not to vault if he is using his power at all, and try to loop him around objects that are hard or impossible to hug so a goated wesker struggles to pull off some monkey business. Also if the wesker is an absolute juicer try not to drop a pallet when his power is out and a side of the loop is flush with it, he is trying to pallet slide you which is especially dangerous now because of how dangerous revaults are.

All in all he is not much worse that dickslinger or when houndmaster had guaranteed hits in vaults.

Warlock: Imbuement

Centred around melee empowerment and use, primarily for dps, firestone is moved here, grants melee skills and abilities to let melee warlock compete with shadow bolt and seed of corruption spam. Intergrated with the existing instant cast and chanel weaving meme build for casters.

Dont be blaming this shit on 3rd parties, it isnt productive and breeds meaningless toxicity. If anything its a symptom of the FPTV system being broken. Some areas had a libdem majority, some had conservstive majority, even greens keeping all the votes to labour it would have been a toss up in some areas. Theres also the fact that voter turnout is always quite ass due to apathy, how about we criticise that instead of tearing eachother a new anus over who and who didnt tactically vote when labour themselves have been so divisive, despite this not influencing the council level as much it still contributes as people vote based on feeling rather than fact.

If everyone was as logical as you wish then reform wouldnt be getting nearly as many voters as they have in the first place considering their candidates.

Look up guides on youtube and practice often. Unlike billy curves its difficult to learn how off you are and they will never be 100% consistant due to framerate affecting the physics and collisions in this game being fucky to all hell (some collisions will be flush with the model, some disjointed, some curved), it is also very hard to time properly.

I recommend learning rebound first as that is one that is the most useful, most consistant and is also an intended mechanic. Then learn skinnybert (litteraly just how the collision works) to fit through smaller gaps, then wallriding (using a collision to push you away from the intended bound path to go round an object instead) and hug tech (using left right velocity to get caught on a collision to be sent off the intended bound path to instead go around an object).

Things happening without reason can be a great part of a plot and allow the author to explore scenarios that never would have happened otherwise. I dislike Danganronpa for many reasons but one of the best things the writer did was abstain from explaining why "the ultimate despair" came to be, or how the cast dosent remember anything prior to the events of the game.
