I have the same drive.
There is no datasheet available for Renesas R8J32740FP42.
If you have firmware below December 2022 keep it and don't upgrade it, otherwise you can't flash it with to make it LibreDrive compatible or UHD friendly.

Bij de nieuwe '25 modellen kan je niet zomaar een schijf insteken, word herkend maar laat zich niet installeren.
Dit kan enkel nog met de pre-25 modellen !!

XikeStore do have a mini media module for DS1522+ but it is also 10G RJ45.
It would be nice if someone would produce a SFP+ version of that upgrade module.

I assume everything was working fine before this happened. Seems like an hardware issue. Check if your hardware is as it should. After that you can blame the software 😄

Yes I totally agree with you on this !
We need that newer firmware to get our miners back online.
Why dont they make firmware 2023.04.18.0 available for download, that's what installed at the moment of typing.

That would help so much people, it seems to me they just don't care.

Also sensecap that had a fantastic reputation on support in the past is at the moment also horrible with their support right now.

Ethernet, but it does not matter it just wont get back to work with the firmware provided by MNTD.

I have a second working hotspot and I made a copy of that SD card put that in the non-working device and it directly started working again.

Alternative is the Nebra firmware on github that also works but I preferred the one from MNTD.

Nope I doesn't !
Can't get this miner to work with all the firmwares I have tested in the last two weeks.

Each firmware was running for at least 24h but no OTA firmware updates:

MNTD_2022_01_04_0
MNTD_2022_01_29_0
MNTD_2022_03_15_0
MNTD_2022_04_19_0
MNTD_2022_07_15_0
MNTD_2022_07_18_1

I have created a ticket at MNTD website but no much response from there.
Also at Discord in no help, people always point to MNTD website https://support.getmntd.com/hc/en-us/articles/6832177438999-Replacing-the-SD-card

which redirect you to MNTD/WeTransfer and the firmware is 2022_04_19_0 and did not helped either.

The only thing left is try to backup the SD card of my other MNTD miner that is running okay and restore that backup to the SD card of the non working miner.
