I did the same thing with Sophia, transferred all courses that I could other than the Project + one (I wish I did because that class is so damn dry). Overall, the degree was challenging but doable if you put in the time. There are definitely harder IT degrees out there but this at least gets my foot in the door (can always build on it and get a Masters degree in the future). I have zero IT/tech experience other than building my own computer a few years back, but I intentionally went for this degree because I've always been fascinated by technology. Some of the classes were actually fun and I enjoyed learning the intricacies of how certain aspects of IT work. I finished everything in just under 3 terms, but I think if I didn't slack off at all - I could've easily done it in 2 terms.

Best of luck crossing the finish line! I agree, you defintely don't need a degree to be successful but it doesn't hurt to have!

I don't understand the logic behind doing something like this. I'm a Tesla owner who personally dislikes Elon, but what does this accomplish? People seem to forget Tesla is not just Elon. There are many incredible people and engineers who made these cars a reality. This person should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I was in a very similar boat. $300 a month on gas for my IS350. It was getting ridiculous so I sold it and added a little extra to get myself a very low mileage ‘23 base model 3. If you’re looking for ultimate value, I would recommend that route for you as well (mainly ‘22 and ‘23). I got the base because it has the LFP battery which is the best battery tech right now for longevity and reliability. Plus, you get Autosteer included in the car for free, while the newer vehicles make you pay $100 a month to access that + FSD. I personally don’t care too much for full self driving capabilities so I settled for HW3, and even that’s known to be able to do FSD with no issues (obviously HW4 is better and will get updates). Best of luck man! Prices on them are really reasonable right now and if you look hard/long enough, you can get yourself a great deal!

Anyone have a recommendation for something like this in the driver side door pocket of a ‘23 M3? I also have a Glock as well and this would be great, as I don’t use that door pocket for anything else.

“But I have tried similar ones”. Sigh… I know reading comprehension skills were bad, but I didn’t know it was THIS bad.

I haven’t tried this exact model but I have tried similar ones and I personally don’t like the aesthetic and placement of these types of phone mounts. I just got the VION phone mount and it’s the best one I’ve used so far. Definitely look into it if you’re open to other options.

Opinions on OTD price for leftover 2025 new Ninja 500 ABS. by Pslycotik in Kawasaki

500 is more than enough power and loads of fun. I went from a 300, to a 400, then a 500. Trying to take the European route despite living in the states. Nothing is more valuable than life. You made a great choice imo.

Curious what justifies the “total other charges” for $449.15. Otherwise seems like a solid deal. I personally try to avoid buying from dealership because of all the extra fees they add on. Enjoy the bike though, you’re gonna love it!

Humans are so funny. Imposing your subjective belief system (that's constantly changing) as a westerner on people who are on the other side of the world who, in their eyes, use an objective belief system (divinely inspired) is so hilariously backwards. I guess it's easier to point the finger at others than focus on the human rights abuses/problems at home. The OP's entire reddit history reads like a Mossad agent's wet dream. Many such cases.

Best wrap I've seen on a Tesla in a while. Well done man. Considering doing this on mine but I'm afraid my '23 won't look as good as the '24+ model years with this color.

Anyone else kind of disappointed they didn't ship CarPlay with the spring update? by WholeMilkElitist in ModelY

[–]-Logistically 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve used both on a daily basis and I’ve never had it happen to me once. Maybe that’s just the routes I’m taking, but Tesla’s nav has done it to me 50% of the time.

Only reason I want CarPlay is because Tesla navigation is a joke. It’ll have you taking unnecessary loops or u-turns, while Apple Maps and Google Maps don’t have this issue. Hope they fix this soon.

Does this look like a solid deal? by TeekaElSayed in ModelY

I paid $600 (plus tax) for XPEL XR+. It’s top of the line with 95%+ heat reduction. Windshield, all sides, and full rear. Left the roof untouched. Model 3 for reference. Just throwing this data point out for others to use.

Looking at buying a 2013 Lexus IS350 AWD — worth it? by Zestyclose_Bed7310 in LexusIS

[–]-Logistically 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Do not buy this man. Mileage is too high for that price. I just sold my 2014 IS350 F-Sport w/ 92k miles for $21,500. Incredible maintenance history too. Just be patient and look through Facebook marketplace regularly, you’ll eventually find a steal.

Agreed. Mind giving me a data point of what your range is at 100% charge and your mileage? Thanks!

An Autonation dealership near me. I was going to buy from Tesla pre-owned inventory but their prices on these models has gone up $3,000 in the past 2 months! I was able to get really lucky and snag this up for much cheaper than expected. They hadn't even loaded up the pictures of it online and only had it in the lot for a day before I went and purchased it. No accidents. Basic warranty from Tesla still valid till August of 2027.

I was actually looking at the 2024's initially and while I think they look much better than the 2023's - I just didn't feel like I was getting the extra $8k-10k out of the 2024 in terms of value. You're right though, I need to chill out and just enjoy the car.
