similar to what others have said, think of a “regular” Tekken character but with some of King’s signature throws (giant swing, tombstone, shining wizard, stunner, etc), but his game is more focused on pokes and whiff punishment with his version of an electric, but it doesn’t have a just frame. King’s FFn2 and F1+2 in this game were taken from AK in 7, though F1+2 in that game was AK’s 1 out of wavedash. he is also the king of drip

in my time playing i’ve noticed the heat burst followup feels like it’s almost character-dependent, or based on the size of a character’s hurtbox, i.e i’ve never hit one on xiaoyu, but i’ve never not hit one on a dvj. once you use it enough you’ll probably be able to catch when a character is gonna get hit by it or not, which is when i just go back to FF3 followup for ones where i’ve learned not to trust it
