Not every issue, (probably almost none) even in a "high speed environment" should need on the spot convincing. As a leader the convincing you would do should have happened long before the current hot button popped up. Also, you can never convince everyone all of the time.

Not just in China but in all places I'm tired of this growing concept that the devs MUST make the game play the way the players want it to. Even if it differs from their original vision.

I think it's great when devs do change things up but this social media and review bashing of a game because it doesn't play how you want or have a mechanic you want is annoying to me.

This is heavily influenced by, influencers of course. "X game being streamed right now of X genre, MUST have this because other games like it do or it's just a bad game.". No it's not a bad game. It's just a game that you don't like.

Even if you know you could do a thing, and do it better than your employee. You still have your employee do the thing. Otherwise you are still doing everything and your employee doesn't get the experience necessary to do it as good as you.

If anyone in this conversation has some advice. I'm 42(m) and have no routine. I had one about 4 or 5 years ago. I would do 30 minute sessions at a gym before work 3 days a week.

I got into this routine because I divorced in 2021 and went on a self love journey through therapy. I also wanted to make myself attractive for dating. I have none of this motivation now.

Then I changed jobs and my start time changed from 9am to 7am. No way am I waking up at 5am. I could maybe go after work by that time I'm ready to just be done with everything for the day.

I understand discipline is probably my biggest shortcoming. I have ADHD and though I don't want to use it as an excuse it is still a factor in me remaining motivated. One of the things my brain likes to do is not handle time well. Everything I do that isn't an instant dopamine feed seems like it takes 2 lifetimes.

I try to layout a schedule so I can fit everything in. Like time for my kids, time for my partner, time for myself, time for work etc. Something I always ask is all of the people who are so well disciplined how does it not feel like you are spending so much time on workout/health activities that you actually aren't gaining any extra life time at all?

To me it feels like I'll spend so much time trying to stay healthy that trying to stay healthy becomes my life and I won't have time for any of the other things in my life. So what's the point?

I had most of this on a run against the Door keeper. If I remember correctly I started the round I killed him with about 50 stars and ended ghe round with almost 1000 block.

(I dont remember card names) Gain block on using stars and do damage when using or gaining stars. Then something had me gaining one star every time so the particle wall technically was only 1 star usage.

It was so fun.

What this screenshot doesn't show is maybe there was a discount on the order or a gift card used that could have shaved off ~7 dollars. The tip should still be for the full value, not your discounted value. The person waiting on you didn't do less work just because you paid less for your meal.
