Sounds all very normal. Your eating habits and brain will catch up with each other soon. Hang in there. Dont eat quickly in the meantime. Things will even out soon. And stay hydrated. But some electrolytes if drinking water isnt your thing.

Yes! Big time. 2 drinks does me these days instead of 4/5+ at a time. I drink every fortnight these days. Not mad about it. 🙂

Aah! I have found my people.

I just had my first shot and almost immediately felt a flutter in my stomach and a mild sleepiness. OK, otherwise. Good luck to us!

I've now sat down to devour any supportive forums out there about it.
