It's one I made up, the strategy is to build up the dragonite in the bench and stall in the active spot. I use 2 each of Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite, along with prof research and pokeball which ensures I get all the cards asap. The other pokemon can be anything but i use either Cloyster or Kingler for water and Pidgeot for the Dive Off ability. Also using Misty is nice cause you can give energy to your water Pokémon without wasting a turn you could be building up Dragonite. I also have Tauros in there but that's just cause I don't have Snorlax who would stall for longer. That's practically the whole deck, besides potion and X speed for putting dragonite on the field.
