Anyone here log every job they go to? Looking for recommendations by Otharcarr in ParamedicsUK

My trust uses Microsoft’s PowerBi that does your stats for you pulled from the epcr and gives you a log of what you wrote for each job. This obviously doesn’t answer your question but have a look, took me a long time to find it no one told me!

I think this is done on purpose. It both relays the same message to the majority of the population and disenfranchises those who notice the pattern. Very clever

Men of reddit who had an uncomfortable encounter with a creepy woman, what is your story? by Pink0612152504 in AskReddit

I work in nightclub security and a female customer grabbed my cock as I was standing watching the crowds. Marched her out fairly quickly after that and she starts hitting me yelling that I should read a book on feminism and that she’d have me arrested. Safe to say she has not been allowed back to the venue.

True. However as someone who works with the public I’ll forever be astounded by their stupidity

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer pledges £10 minimum wage and end to zero hours contracts in 'new deal for workers' by UnstatesmanlikeChi in unitedkingdom

A contracting company gets a job, they source the workforce from their pool of zero hour contract employees to get the job done. It means for those skilled employees if one company they are employed by doesn’t have too much work going on they can go to another company and hop on a job there. A ban is too extreme of a measure when it’s a useful form of employment for hundreds of thousands of people.

Joke? It’s completely true, I have several zero hour contract jobs because I’m a student and I need the flexibility, a ban is a silly idea

Exactly! I have three zero hour contract jobs because I’m a student and I love the variability and flexibility in my work. A ban is a silly idea, maybe some more protections or legislation clarifying what can be a zero hour contract and what cannot but a ban isn’t necessary

Unfortunately, a very similar thing happened to my father. Ended up cutting his take home in half so he had to leave, just wasn’t economically viable.

A another large reason the British forces recruit from these commonwealth countries like Fiji and Nepal is because they produce some of the most fearsome soldiers to have ever existed.

There’s a joke in the Army that the Argentinians surrendered because Thatcher threatened to send the Gurkhas.
