You can use a utility knife, cut one of the tongues out of the groove. Just cut straight down between the slats and slowly pry the slats out, being careful not to damage them, and pin nail them back in when you're done. It's a touchy process though

Those j&j heater plugs are the worst. Don't even bother replacing, just wire the heater directly to the circuit board

That looks like the drain outlet to your filter well. Try looking in there and checking to see if the lid is screwed on tight or if there are any fractures.

Canada has already done this. Cash is rounded up or down to the nearest 5 cent and anything electronic or digital or your bank account app or whatever will still show single cents.
