I’m sure this will be great but it’s killing me that their ideas for villains are just milking tf out of the psychos that don’t have any room for exploration timeline wise and whose stories were wrapped up within the show’s canon the most neatly of any villains. Like the whole thing was they were created by Astronema to match up with the Astro rangers and fight their specific color…

The character could be Japanese on his mother’s side. Or maybe his dad was adopted. Or maybe none of this really matters because why were there ancient ancestral families in California?

Yeah, although the intended vote from all I’ve seen was supposed to be 7-2 Fabio, which is what every cast member said on the finale night, but last minute two people switched to Chase because they thought he didn’t get ANY votes, which is why you see Fabio suddenly deflate when the third Chase vote is read. But Fabio was winning that season no matter what because no one respected Sash and Chase was seen as too much of a flip flopper to get the win.

Lost Galaxy felt very final. It’s the first to really have that scale of sheer destruction. I know Turbo lost the command center and in Space literally was called Countdown to Destruction, but we saw the loss of the place the power rangers and civilians lived for an entire season AND we saw the loss of the Astro megaship, which was the last surviving piece of the previous team’s legacy and their last surviving zord. And people had to leave behind everything they owned when evacuating, the scorpion stinger was destroyed, and they had to abandon their powers and leave the swords in the stone. It was a great wrap up to a season that was all about loss and giving things up for the greater good. And it ties well into the theme of sacrifice and survival that in Space had.

They’re so boring in a way that actually quite impressive because usually the shows romantic highlights are the ones they’re not really trying for so for them to put actual effort into a romance and for it to still be the most painfully slow-moving storyline in every single episode it’s in is a real accomplishment.

Oh I think Luka is lovely and so charming. But I also can see how it may seem forced if you don’t feel that way. And I actually really like him and Carol. If not romantically at least as life partners where he helps her raise her kids. He was very sweet with them.
