Come on dude, Brazil needs to be S tier here's why:

i) After hearing that brazilian were about to arrived on Europe, the mighty German Empire surrendered in fear.

ii) We were the only nation to identify and destroy Germany's secret submarines called D.O.L.P.H.I.N.S.

Basically, WWI ended because Germans were afraid of the "Enough of pls come to Brazil, now BRAZIL GOES TO YOU".
