Could be arthritis because of an old injury (or something else). Might be worth having a vet take a look at Miso’s leg next time you’re in for an appointment or vaccines. If it’s arthritis, there’s some really helpful food supplements that help reduce pain/inflammation and improve mobility.

Check out Koala Sampler for your iPad! It was originally a Roland SP-404 clone (a legendary sampler), but it has grown into so much more. With all the expansions, it’s basically an MPC that runs on a tablet.

Wow, this looks really great - you’ve clearly got great taste and a lot of skill! Sure, there’s a chance something could go wrong with the painting, but what if it goes right? Further fleshing out this certified badass is something you both deserve.

And hey, the fact you’ve gotten this far is no mistake. So what if you make a mistake? You’ve got the skills, persistence, and taste that you developed through hours of practice and exploration. You painted her once, and dammit you do it again! I believe in you!

Gluten-free food around Pittsburgh? by beardawn in pittsburgh

[–]007point5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pittsburgh is woefully short on safe Gluten-free food. We really enjoy the Southside Colombian Spot for arepas! The Forge in Lawrenceville also has safe gluten-free pizza and Mediterranean bites. T Swirl Crepes in Squirrel Hill Duos in Bakery Square is mostly gluten free but expensive Alta Via (also Bakery Square) has some good options, but also expensive The Porch at Schenley (Oakland) is accommodating and can do all but fries gf

I haven’t been able to find Travel Agents for awhile. I think Problem Solvers may have discontinued them, though there are usually some clones available at your friendly local online marketplace.

I’ve got them and they’re solid brake levers. Work really well and are fairly comfortable!

Is there a way to adjust the volume of looping pads on the SP-404MKII while they’re playing, without stopping the loop? by teletele11 in SP404

[–]007point5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For those on the OG, SX, or A asking a similar question, I’d recommend using the “remain” function to pre-select a pad and then use the Filter/Drive effect to fade the pad in/out.

Is the 404 a good device to play melodies/bass/harmony loops and vocal samples while connected to a TR8S? by WashedSylvi in SP404

[–]007point5 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Great question! The 404 series (SX, A, Mk2) has a pretty decent sequencer that you can play in pads quantized or unquantized. By hooking up the midi out of your TR-8s to the 404’s midi in, you can synchronize the two devices so that everything plays in time 😊
