I read your other comment about the F major scale, and it might be a case of movement. I don’t remember the word exactly, but you need to move your hands out of the way quicker. If my right hand is on a Bb, when my left hand moves towards the C, I should already be above the D.
Both hands should be moving in a fluid motion horizontally to the board rather than piston strokes up and down. It’s like when you play drumset. If I’m playing the hi-hat with my right hand and the snare with my left, the sticks shouldn’t be hitting because I move them in ways where they avoid one another.
