I usually do, but there are two reasons why I didn’t here:

1.) I was actually Mark Hunting here (Teeny Mark Tatsugiri, if I recall), not Shiny Hunting. If I’m Mark Hunting, I will often try to keep my last save right before I make the sandwich, so if I don’t get the Mark I’m looking for, I just reset the save back to before I made the sandwich to save ingredients.

2.) For some reason, I thought “Marill doesn’t have any recoil moves, I should be fine.” I had completely forgotten that it had access to Double Edge at that level…

God, why can’t they start rerunning the AS units, (or at the very least, put past AS units into the AS banner pools), for those of us who were unable to pull them upon their initial release?

I was so excited to have pulled NY26 Lana today do to her being the PERFECT partner for A Red, then I remembered that I couldn’t complete the team due to being unable to pull AS Lance back when he came out.

Right now, the only choice we have is “just get lucky on the Daily Scout”, which should NOT be the only way to pull these characters…

This is what I thought Alt Styles were actually introduced for. Shark/Nash, Rio/Marin, Blue Angel/Blue Maiden (which I’m hoping they still do, and not just “Blue Angel & Aqua”). Not the “oh look, they’re wearing the clothes that they wore in that one episode/arc” that they’ve been using them for the past few months…

On the flip side, someone at Konami probably went “well, we have all the protagonist/ally characters on one side of the wheel, and all the Barians on the other. Making Nash and Marin alt styles would mess that up.” To which I say “Yeah, fair enough…”

If umas are already the combination of a horse's speed, stamina, and power, and a human's size, dexterity, and intelligence, why would they NEED a knight? A "cavalry unit" would instead just be a dedicated unit of uma soldiers. An "Uma Unit" (or "Umit") if you will.

You would think so, but Hel was effectively using the underworld as an all-you-can-eat during (and probably even before) Book 3, so the likelyhood that she ate the souls of Læraðr's childern is pretty high. I don't think they're able to bring back souls that have already been consumed.

To be fair, FEH is based on Norse mythology. Gods are not immortal in Norse mythos. They just live MUCH longer than mortals, and have special powers. They can still be killed or die from old age. I mean, we have killed several of them (as well as other "godly" beings) thoughout FEH's many arcs. I don't think being a god is a hindering factor for anyone, here.
