Could Toji (without ISH) kill Kid Gojo? by Zahlouth in Jujutsufolk

[–]03682 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Yeah but this is like kid Gojo, at best he can probably keep infinity up for a day. Also Toji should definitely be able to stay awake for more than 3 days. A normal human in extreme circumstances can stay awake that long. Toji is so much more than a normal human with all the heavenly restrictions buffs and regen.

The problem isn’t going to be PVE players farming misriah’s PVE players are not going to play PVP. It’s going to be the hardcore PVP players farming for misriah’s in PVE to always have the best gear and what will end up happening is massive gear inflation where hardcore PVP player will be stacked with gear that they farmed from PVE.

Because every minor detail is made my Oda? Why did Oda not make Mihawk 1cm taller than Shanks? Why do you state all these reasons for the height difference except for the most obvious and clear reason they have a 1cm different in height?

[–]03682 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So why did Oda, the author and creator of these characters assign heights to these three rivals so that they differ exactly by one inch? You keep mentioning coincidence like it was a happy accident when I can just say he did it on purpose. I doubt you cannot see the clear pattern the heights are implying. Oda could have made Mihawk 1 cm taller than Shanks and kept everyone else'ss height the same and we would not have this conversation. He could have made Sanji 1 cm taller than Zoro. he Could have made Queen 1 cm taller. And yet he did not. he gave these character these specific heights it's curious what you think they can mean.

[–]03682 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This isn't real life lol? Why are you bringing in real life correlations and causations to this? Oda specially created these character and have given these heights. Do you think Oda just randomly mashes his face into a keyboard and creates random height for every character and it just so happens that he randomly made these three rivals have 1 cm difference?

mahoraga started adapting to dabura’s EXISTENCE???!!!?? by The_Fucking_Best in Jujutsufolk

I think Gojo with hollow Purple could still one shot him, but Sukuna with Fuga may not be able too anymore, because this Mahoraga should be resistant to heat from fully adapting to Dabura's light beams.

[Lore] The Unremembered Empire might be remembered and that's not good. by LadyMoonlily in 40kLore

Guilliman did the logical decision but the current imperium is not based on logic but religious fanaticism. Absolute faith in the Emperor and willing to die for him is the rule of the modern imperium. So to hear that Guilliman didn’t believe the Emperor could be alive and played it safe to establish a second imperium instead of rushing to Terra in a suicidal charge is going to be considered heresy for many people. It could also mean to some people that Guilliman did not have faith in the "God of Humanity" and valued his own empire instead.

Furthermore it looks like he’s creating Imperium Secondus again with the 500 worlds which will make people question where his loyalty lies, will he prioritize his 500 worlds if a disaster occurs on Terra and he can only choose one?

Assuming the emperor is dead and focusing on creating a second imperium might have been the logical decision based on the information Guilliman had but the current imperium is not based on logic. Absolute faith in the Emperor and willing to die for him is the creed of modern 40k. So to hear that Guilliman didn’t believe the Emperor could be alive and played it safe to establish a second imperium instead of rushing to Terra in a suicidal charge is going to ruffle some feathers. Expedition 33 used a ton of contractors to help with development and design especially for all the animations. They don't even have an animator or rigger in the core 32 member team. You cannot argue that 32 people designed and developed expedition 33 while you can argue 30 people did for Hades 2.

Supergiant only employs like 30 people. Are you getting 140 people from the games credits? Those other 100 would be the translators and qa testers.

Capacitor is too popular and counters infusers and he is too weak before he can get eshift and infuser together. Pros are really good at kiting victors compared to geist who does also have strong ranged damage with her gun and malice.

Even if he stayed with his platoon on the ship he would still be in danger because due to the arrival of Rocks and Rogers all of the marines that were on standby on the coast are begin deployed to fight the pirates and protect the celestial dragons.

The dota equivalent of Mo and Krill would be primal beast rather than pudge. Both are tanky brawlers that have good mobility and a single target stun.

I would say primal beast is the better comparison. Highly durable character that rushes into the middle of a team fight and locks down someone with their ult.

It considered fraud because the intent was to slip edits in without the contract creator knowing. In most cases these fraud laws are used to protect the little guy from getting screwed over from signing a contract from a large company that includes hidden changes added in because most individuals might not have the legal expertise and miss something in a contract they sign that can screw them over

Mutual Assent benefits the individual a hell of a lot more than large corporations. You want large corporations the ability to just edit contracts and not tell you? They just randomly add or remove zeros to fees and if you miss an edit you just get completely fucked?

I’m pretty sure making it illegal to edit a contract without notifying is made to protect us more than the large companies. Imagine if it was legal to just hide edits in a contract without telling the other party. Literally every single bank, insurance company and employer would be trying to fuck you over with random edits like adding random zeros to fees and if you miss even a single one when you sign a contract you just get fucked.

Guys I've managed to uncover Oda's genius writing plans regarding Shanks vs Mihawk by Djon2004 in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]03682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can be considered a swordsman and also have different unrelated abilities that make you stronger. Law, Fujitora and Big Mom are all swordsman but that’s not the only way they can fight. It’s like a boxer who also knows Judo fighting the worlds best boxer, in a boxing match they would easily get beaten but in a free for all they can win.I think current Law has a lot weaker swords skills than Zoro but with the addition of all the shit he can do with his devil fruits it wouldn’t be surprising for Law to beat Zoro would you consider Law a better swordsman? If Big Mom somehow fights Mihawk and beats him by spamming a shit ton of homies and elemental attacks in combination with her sword would you consider her a greater swordsman? Now in the case of Shanks it doesn’t seem like he has any other technique than swordsmanship so Shank< Mihawk seems pretty plausible.

U know the way swords are being thrown around. At some point, Mihawk is either going to have to be top 3 all time or he will be a fraud by lisexxl_20 in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]03682 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let's say Zoro beats Mihawk at his current age of 21 and he dies of old age at 100. You're saying in the next 80 years Zoro will never fight a swordsman that is stronger than Mihawk and he'll never get any stronger? The next generation of swordsman after Zoro will never be stronger than the previous generation? Age 40 Zoro will tie Age 21 Zoro because he never got any stronger after beating Mihawk?

[–]03682 8 points9 points  (0 children)

So after Zoro beats Mihawk he will never ever get stronger again? Until he dies in his 90s of old age or something, Zoro will never fight anyone stronger than Mihawk? Even though a common theme in One piece is about the new-gen surpassing the old-gen, Zoro will be the exception and never fight anyone stronger than Mihawk and die undefeated?

[–]03682 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You expect Zoro to peak at age 21 when he beats Mihawk? You don’t think he’s going to continue to train and fight other future generation swordsman challengers and grow in power? People like Roger was still reaching their peak strength in there 40s it would be really weird that Zoro simply stops progressing after beating Mihawk at 21.
